At a corporate event, the photos don’t have to wait until the day after. With Instant Event Photography, guests and clients see the photos as they’re taken, in a Live Gallery they can swipe through on a phone or laptop — during the event and straight after.

On our Standard and Premium tiers, AI handles selection and final editing, so what’s in the Live Gallery is the finished product, instantly. On Standard+ and Premium+, a person also reviews and finishes the edit. The Live Gallery is still available instantly in the meantime; it’s the final, polished version that takes up to 2 weeks.

It’s built for corporate events — product launches, conferences, corporate dinners and company events across Penang and Kuala Lumpur. Every usable shot from the event is delivered, and your company’s branding or watermark can go on the Live Gallery at no extra charge on all four tiers.

Common questions

How soon do we see the photos?

The Live Gallery is available during the event and right after it, so you see photos as they’re taken. On Standard and Premium, AI selects and finishes the edit, so the photos in the Live Gallery are final straight away. On Standard+ and Premium+, a person also reviews and finishes the edit, and the final retouched gallery is ready within 2 weeks.

How long is the Live Gallery available?

The Live Gallery stays accessible for 2 weeks after the event. After that, all photos are transferred to Google Drive, where you keep access for up to 6 months in total from the event date.

Is there a limit on the number of photos?

No. Every usable shot from the event is delivered.

Can the Live Gallery carry our company branding?

Yes. Client branding or a watermark on the Live Gallery is available free of charge on all four tiers.

What does the Premium editing include?

Face smoothing, eye-bag removal, eye and teeth brightening, and face slimming. Standard and Standard+ include basic brightness and contrast editing.

Can we add more photographers or longer coverage?

Yes, on any tier. Each additional photographer (4-hour coverage) is an extra RM800, and extending a photographer’s coverage to 8 hours is an extra RM500 per photographer.
