Event Videography
An event highlight film is usually doing one of two things: proving to sponsors and stakeholders that the event delivered, or selling next year’s edition to people who weren’t there.
Both need the same thing — a film that plays back how the room actually felt, not a generic template stretched over your footage. We shoot to find each event’s own shape live: the opening, the moments the room reacts to, the close. From technical industry seminars like Tectra Academy’s 2024 seminar on MV technology, through to full-scale corporate galas and award nights.

What’s the turnaround on an event film?
Typically around two months for full production. If you need a fast turnaround cut for social or press, tell us before the event so we can plan for it.
Do you handle everything, or do we need to brief a separate crew?
Everything — planning, shoot and post-production in-house.
Is there a minimum project size?
No.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two.
