Event Photography

The photographs from your event have a job to do afterwards. Press coverage, the annual report, next year’s marketing, LinkedIn, the sponsor’s proof-of-delivery deck. Nobody shoots an event just to have shot it.

So we ask what happens to the images before we turn up. That changes what we prioritise on the day — whether you need clean, well-lit portraits of every speaker, wide shots that show a full room, or candid coverage of people actually engaging with each other. Event coverage across Penang, Kuala Lumpur and throughout Malaysia, quoted per event because no two run the same way.

Coverage is quoted per event, since scale and hours vary so widely — get in touch with your date, venue and rough running time for a quote.

How quickly can we get the images?

We’ll agree a delivery window when you book, based on what you need them for — if you have a next-day press requirement, tell us upfront.

Do you cover events outside Penang?

Yes — Kuala Lumpur regularly, and throughout Malaysia.

How is pricing worked out?

Per event. Duration, scale and how many shooters you need all factor in, so we quote once we know what the day looks like.
