Chinese wedding flow
6.00am - Share the last meal with family(some do it after make up,some even skip it)
6.30am - Getting ready and make up session
7.00am - Bride’s maid arrival - Wedding door games preparation
7.30am - Done make up - photo session bride alone, with parents, with family & with bride’s maid. - While at the groom side, he shall be wake up by now and start dressing up
8.00am - Bride’s parent will veil their daughter ,the is the best most moment to be photograph some may tears during the session. - While at the groom side,Parents of groom will help him with wearing his coat and all his groom’s men shall be arrived and ready.
8.15am - Group picture grooms and his groom’s men. - Then the parents of groom will escort him out from the house to his car - Departing to the bride’s place.
9am - Groom arrival -Bride’s youngest brother(or youngest boy relative) will open the car door for the groom -The boy will give the groom the flower in exchange of a red packet -Some snack will be serve to the groom and his men -Initiate the wedding door games -won the wedding door games ,groom will pass the flower to the bride, unveil and kiss her
10am - Ceremony & Prayers - Tea ceremony
11am - After the tea ceremony,the bride and groom will round the car for 3 times to represent passing 3 days. -Group family photo -A good fortune woman will shelter the bride with an umbrella while she is under the open sky. The bride's father will throw rice while they walking into the bridal car.
12.30pm - Arrival of groom’s home - Ceremony & Prayers - Tea ceremony - Family group photo
1.30pm - The bride and the groom enter the bridal room - Photo session between for bride and groom - Groom will remove the veil while the bride will help the groom undress his coat
2.00pm - At this time, the bride and groom shall take time to rest.
5.00pm - Make up session and getting ready for reception
7.00pm - Reception starts - Welcoming guest
8.00pm - March in - Food presentation(if applicable) - Food serve
8.20pm - Best man offer a toast and short speech - Groom's father speech - Groom's speech - Bride's speech
8.50pm - MC announced showing the wedding slides/video highlight from morning ceremony
9.00pm - 2nd walk in(if applicable) - Cake cutting - Pouring champagne - Invites the family up the stage to cheer with the guest
9.30pm - Table to table cheering session (some skip) - Alternatively, some couple prefer dancing session
10.00pm - Escorting the guest leaving the reception
10.30pm - End of Wedding Day
